If you are interested starting your own, you can do the following:
1, go to http://www.ac-web.org
2, sign up an account
3, go to the forums, under the repack section
4, download which one suits you.
There are guides on how to make your server public, scripts, other guides etc.
This will def help, there are also sections for gm recruitment and to advertise your server.
